Acupressure
Dawn Cardinal practices Namikoshi Shiatsu which is a form of Japanese Acupressure. It will help you:

Sotai
Sotai is a series of simple but highly effective movements that bring the body back into alignment. Unbalanced posture can lead to structural weakness, bad circulation and physical disease. Sotai works to balance the muscles, realign the skeleton, and strengthen the functions of the organs and nervous system.
Emotional Therapy
Dawn Cardinal has had 7 years of Gestalt Therapy with Del Anderson of Spirit River Counseling in Alberta. Two and a half of those years she worked with others doing co-counselling. This has given her extensive experience in dealing with emotional issues that come up with clients. She incorporates emotional healing work in treatments where needed, and offers support for: death in the family, childhood issues, panic attacks, low self esteem, and many other emotional issues.
